How I Work

I step into complex or fast-changing environments and build the structure that’s missing — the same discipline whether the shift is organisational or AI-driven: clearer priorities, sharper framing, repeatable ways of working. The specifics change — rebuilding discovery around AI-assisted decision-making, building the AI-enabled DesignOps layer, attaching real accountability so AI adoption doesn’t stall once the pilot ends, mentoring teams through the shift — but the method holds. Understand the problem before committing to a direction.

AI runs through all of it now — not as a productivity layer, but as input into the decisions that actually move cost, risk, and delivery outcomes: where time is being lost, where risk is being deferred, where a bottleneck costs more than it looks like on paper.

AI leadership isn’t about better tools. It’s about better decisions, stronger systems, and capability that survives past the pilot.
Most AI programmes prove a concept. Few build the accountability that makes people actually trust the output enough to act on it.
The goal was never more AI. It’s an organisation that’s learned how to transform itself with it.
